History

Mr. Claudio Rosales and Ms. Lina Tiffer Lacayo Fiallos created the first restaurant in Managua featuring rotisserie chicken in 1958.
They thought of a name easy to remember and hence they turned TIP TOP, taken from the English phrase "The Tip of the Top," which in our language would be "Cream Cream".
The first restaurant was a success and in no time began to give the stamp of true Nicaraguan taste of chicken.
Alongside the opening of the restaurant, the activity of breeding, fattening, slaughter and marketing of raw chicken with the same brand began. Constituting today as the food processor of chicken in Nicaragua and the second largest in Central America
